Self-Aware Bell is a simple and useful application that can help you be mindful and aware of the time you spend on social media and other websites.
After you download it, you will be asked to create an account or log in with your Facebook or Google account. It will then ask you how long you spend on social media and other websites and what time of day you use it.
After you create your account, the app will track the time you spend on the websites you specify. You can then create reminders for yourself. The reminders will remind you to focus and breathe. It will remind you in 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes.
